However, a few states do require that patients have a video call with a physician. These states include: Arizona, Washington DC, Delaware, Missouri, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and West Virginia.

Due to the nature of prescription medications and associated healthcare services, we are unable to offer refunds once a prescription has been issued or services have been rendered.
All medication related questions should be asked to your physician. If your physician determines that a dose change is required, you will be prescribed the new dose at no additional cost.

Care Services are virtual care memberships (Primary Care, Urgent Care, Behavioral Health, Dermatology, and Veterinary Care) fulfilled by National Telehealth Providers and its licensed providers. They give you ongoing access to virtual care, separate from one-time medication orders.
Medications are one-time prescription orders fulfilled and shipped by licensed pharmacies. Care Services are recurring memberships that connect you with licensed providers for virtual visits and ongoing care.
With Care Services, prescriptions are sent to your own preferred, local pharmacy when clinically appropriate. Select tiers also include a Prescription Discount Program with 1,000+ medications free at participating local pharmacies when prescribed.
After you complete a quick secure intake and check out, you can access ongoing virtual care through your member portal, provided by National Telehealth Providers.
